In 2019 I had a sudden water leak in my attic. It was a very distressing incident which occurred at the start of the holidays. Keith Goodman and his company were professional. helpful and knowledgeable. They not only took care of the problem, they explained each step of the process along the way. They are licensed by the state of California, their rates were reasonable and they completed their work in a timely manner. At one point Mr.Goodman came by at a weekend to ensure everything was going smoothly. That’s how committed he is to his customers!! If you need restoration services you should make this your number one choice! . Please note there are many 911 Restoration companies as this is a franchise! So make sure you use this one !!

On two separate occasions we have had the need for restoration due water damage. work was done in a timely and professional manner. the staff was great to work with and even finished ahead of schedule. 911 Restoration even called to notify us we over paid and advised us they will be sending a check!

bottom line these guys/gals are professional, reliable and honest.

Do not trust this company, they will rip you off! I recently experienced a nightmare with this company, my rental property got water sewage blockage in the back of the house, called them for service, signed the contract for $1500, but they called while onsite, stated the water went down into crawl space, it could cost more to clean water and mold underneath as well, after two days when job was done, they sent me an unbelievable bill for almost $9000, I sent a home inspector to check, found no water went into crawl space, and no mold was found, they never went down there, and they also made up 4 people worked two days for 8 hours each day, that was insane!!!! in fact, only 2 people worked about 2-3 hours per day, I can't believe how this company's people did this to me to clean an area of about 250 SF stagnant water outside of the house During inquiries with them, they kept threatening if the bill is not paid by xx day, they will send it to collection and credit bureaus to damage my credit, and even will set a lien on my property, it was very stressful and depressed dealing with them. The settlement was cut a portion from the total, I still paid nearly $5000 for such small area stagnant water clean-up outside on the ground, happy money to them for coming Christmas! I am not a happy customer, my advise, think twice if you want to call this company for service, my painful experience should give you an alert.

I had a water retention on my bathroom and Kitchen. I called 911 Restoration and they came as soon as I called they were very professional, they completed everything in a timely manner and they remodeled my bathroom. They were very kind and they pricing is also very reasonable. I would recommend for anyone to use them.

The 1st floor in our house flooded through the night, we weren't aware until my husband left at 4am to catch a flight that couldn't be cancelled. I was left with this disaster & still had kids to get ready for school. My husband called 911 Restoration before catching his flight. Marvin (911 Restoration) came around 5am and the first thing he tells me is I'm sorry this has happened to you. ? He immediately got to work & suggested what I needed to do. Hard working company, everyone is kind, caring and understanding.

Simply the best. Professional, knowledgable, trustworthy. They came to our house after a toilet tank flooded the entire house. They prevented more damage and were amazing at communicating the necessary steps ensure proper clean up. I would highly recommend.
