Even though needing service is rare, all of my experiences at the Fort Myers service center have been pleasant. Special thanks to LaJeune for her positive attitude and going above & beyond to make the experience pleasant.

Disappointing Buying Experience

From start to finish, my vehicle purchase was riddled with issues. The online ordering process was flawed, and the financing figures didn’t match what I was originally quoted. I had to resubmit the same information multiple times, which was frustrating. When it came time for delivery, the vehicle wasn't ready, resulting in a three-hour delay.

A major oversight is that Tesla financing doesn't offer gap insurance. They won't mentioned this to you. I didn't find out until I reviewed the documents much later. Resulting on me driving for 30 days without the proper coverage.

Customer service was extremely lacking. The staff was young and seemed to lack even basic customer service skills, acting unprofessionally throughout the entire process. They openly mentioned that because they’re hourly employees with no commission, they had little incentive to provide a quality experience. If you’re expecting the kind of service and professionalism you’d find at a luxury dealership, prepare to be disappointed. The treatment I received was worse than what you’d expect from a "buy here, pay here" dealership.

Additionally, if you’ve never owned an electric vehicle before, don’t expect much guidance. You’ll leave with only the bare minimum information needed to drive the car off the lot. Completely misleading and not what I expected from Tesla.

Terrible customer service. Brought our car in because the tire would shake when turning. They quoted $1,800 to fix it and said the car was not able to drive. Had them fix the car and as soon as we left the problem was worse. Immediately brought the car back and they said it would be another $3500 for an additional repair. We spent another $3500 and still have the same problem. The manager rode in the car with me and said it was a lane departure setting that needed to be turned off and that was all. If that was the case, they should’ve told us that before charging us $5,300 for unnecessary work. But that was not the case, the car shakes still when you turn, and they won’t do anything about it. $5,300 completely wasted and no effort from them to fix the issue or correct there obvious misdiagnosis.

We now bring it back for a window leak and they tell us it’s $300 for the seal. Right after we leave we get a message that it’s now $2,000 for the repair. We deny the $2,000 repair because we have lost faith in their diagnostic ability. We go to pick the car up and they still charge us $300. We expressed our reluctance to pay this after we denied the service due to it being much higher than the initial quote and the manager said they have the highest customer service experience at this store and there is nothing he can do.

After our history, we feel a good faith thing to do would have been to at the very least wave the service fee as we have now spent $5,300 dollars and still have the same problem.

I would not use this service department. We love having a Tesla and unfortunately are considering selling due to not being able to have it serviced with confidence.

Went to check out the Tesla just to feel the difference between electric and gas vehicles. The showroom was small but I was greeted quickly. Dylan was very nice and did a great job giving information and no pushy sales. I liked that I could test drive by myself. Overall it was a good experience. Not interested in buying but I can see some value.

Jose was exceptionally helpful at this Tesla location! He went above and beyond to make the experience memorable, especially when introducing me to the Cybertruck. Jose’s knowledge of all the vehicle’s features, capabilities, and design was impressive! His friendly and professional approach made the whole process enjoyable.

They lined the property with dumpsters 🤣 Dumpsters that blow up and will burn your remains past recognition at that! Weird to spend so much money on your own cremation device but to each their own 😭🤣
