They Went Above and Beyond!

I had many documents that needed to be notarized and the requirements were rather overwhelming. I wish I had asked for the name of the woman who helped me out because she provided exemplary customer service! She even went so far as to find two witnesses as was required to sign in specific places. They didn't rush me at all and were very accommodating and kind! I will return here for my mailing, printing, and notary needs!

Poor customer service, doesn't matter what time of day you go into the location. The middle aged lady who is always at the front helping customers is the owner. When you walk in if she is working on a package she will let you just stand there instead of helping you out and then returning to her package. Poor Poor Customer Service! Place is horrible and each time I give it a chance it gets worse.

This business is truly your one (and only)stop for all things relating to printing, scanning, mailing, shipping, etc. I have been a delivery person (FedEx) for this company for many years, and have observed first hand their professional and courteous behavior towards all their customers. I am also a customer of theirs for the past two years and cannot say enough about the service they have given me over a variety of services. You cannot go wrong with this company!

I cant tell you enough how happy I am with the service provided to me. From day one, I felt like I already had a relationship with this mail office. I actually just left 8/27, and forgot the lady the name that quick, 🙁 but her beautiful spirit, smile, and pleasant attitude is very comforting, and hasnt changed. Love it!
The nice young man is Sech..I think..Lol. but he know who he is. He put all my Amazon packages in a bag for me. He is very nice, and always helpful. AMAZING SERVICE INDEED!

I have to give them 5 stars because I came in HOT after Chase Bank telling me they didn't have a current licensed notary. This was an urgent matter. So, I was told about this place across the street. Yes, it was $15 a signature, the going rate apparently. So, my heat level was rising. I even dropped an f bomb adjective or two directed at the situation. I apologized. The person assisting me was a borderline saint. The customer service was great! So patient, understanding and I was not vibrating at a high level today. Everything taken care of efficiently. You deserve this review.

This post has stolen 31 packages from my business and I am having to file police reports and get an attorney. We came in like we do every day with 20 or more packages. The day of the 29th we came in and made 6 trips in and out of the store setting the boxes on her receiving table. As we were walking out she told us she could not take that many boxes cause she does not get paid for them. I told her she should told us that first and they are in her store now so she has to take them. Now my packages are missing and the store has blocked my phone numbers and when I did get through I was told the store had no manager and it was only employees running it which is now being reported to the labor board as well. I will be making this post on social media as well as the news and BBB.
