Very business like atmosphere. Nothing extra.
Nice inside. Everything from water to food isn’t included. You have bistro though where you can drink or eat and it’s apart from all the rooms so you don’t get to hear that. I did hear water in the pipes on and off all night long. Close to airport.

We had some bad travel problems, so we had to spend the night here on short notice. The staff was so incredibly kind and generous going way up and beyond. The breakfast/ brunch food was also exceptional (waffles, oatmeal with every fixing, eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt etc). Thank you!

Hotel is close to the airport, the staff is great. Easy check in and shuttle to the airport is easy and always on time. Steven and the cooks at the Bistro are the reason I always come back and stay here for business in the area. Always willing to customize the food and drinks. By far the best Bistro I have been to for any Courtyard. Room is a normal Courtyard room. Can get a little noisy from the planes coming and going. But expect that being so close to the airport.

My credit card was scammed at 3 am at the front desk. I was stuck at PDX airport for 2 more nights with no credit card after cancelling. |No help from customer service. |The nearby Holiday Inn is much nicer and quite a bit less expensive. And luckily accepted my debit card.

Worst experience ever,
Don’t even think of staying here! They have the worst service in the entire Marriott industry!!
Turned away my family because of the front desk person wouldn’t send me a 2nd credit card authorization. His name Jamal and says he was the manager..
I have been a Faithful rewards member for years and never had such a horrible experience…

The bartender made really good martinis, the parking and shuttle option was really convenient and I felt like my car was safe, and pleasant and friendly staff. Minus one star because housekeeping did not turn in a sweatshirt that I know I left in the room, and I called and left a message about that as soon as I realized I didn't have it in my suitcase because I had left in a hurry. Disappointed about that.

It's not a bad hotel.
Not close to any restaurants.
Your car will get broken into if you leave ANYTHING in sight.

Again...Oregon is a lawless state. They do not prosicut crime their. So your on your own if you get robbed. Just be smart.

Very dark rooms. I changed rooms the minute I opened the roadside room door. Fortunately at the time I opened the door, loud motorcycles were passing. I then got a room change to a much more quiet room in the back of the hotel
