Deje por no menos de 4 minutos mi auto en frente del mall y cuando regrese ya no estaba, la grúa se lo había llevado, cuando fui por el fueron unos groseros, mi carro estaba rayado y roto, tengan cuidado con ellos, no les importa la integridad de los vehiculos.

If you don’t know much about cars, avoid this shop at all costs. They will waste your time and play you. I went to Tyson Auto Repair for a heating issue, and it’s been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.

I initially called and spoke to Ray, who claimed he’d run a full diagnostic before giving me a rate to figure out the “true issue.” That sounded great, as I thought he was an honest mechanic. When I arrived, Ray opened the hood, looked around aimlessly for about an hour, and never connected anything or ran a proper test to pinpoint the problem. After all that wasted time, he confidently claimed it was “100% the heater control valve” and quoted me $130 for the job.

I told them when I called that all I needed was a heater core flush. Nothing else. But they pushed the heater control valve replacement, saying that was the reason for the heat not working properly. Funny enough, the heat from the feet area was working before I even brought the car in!

After they replaced the valve, the problem still wasn’t fixed. Another mechanic, Marco, then said the issue required removing the dash and checking something else entirely because the heater control valve wasn’t the real problem.

To make matters worse, when I called to complain, I spoke to Howard, who claimed to be the manager. He promised to call me back later that day but never did. I sent messages to both him and Ray, and they left me on read. When I followed up again, they told me they wouldn’t discuss it over the phone and insisted I come back to the shop.

Ray even suggested putting the old part back on after wasting my time, claiming it would fix the situation. Really? After all the hassle and poor service, this is their solution?

This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Tyson Auto Repair is not worth your trust.

I want to share my amazing experience at Tyson Auto Repair. The staff was very friendly and professional; they took the time to listen to me and understand the issues I had with my vehicle. They explained the necessary repairs in detail and provided me with a clear, no-surprise estimate.
Additionally, the service was very efficient. In no time, they completed all the repairs and left my car looking like new. I also really appreciated that they showed me the parts they had replaced and explained the work done.
