This place is superb. Friendly staff. I have had a mailbox here for more than three years. They have never misplaced or lost a package. It is very rare that there is a line to pick up packages. The local post office has a one hour line (I'm being kind) this time of year. Staff knows your name and the importance of your mail.

For general delivery, just send to breck post office instead. It's free, and they're much nicer than here!

This UPS location is running a scam. I mailed a small package there and they required a $40 "pickup-fee" IN CASH. To add insult to injury, the guy notified me that the package had just arrived a few minutes ago. There's a small shoddy sign that notifies there will be a $30 to $40 pickup fee. I've heard of UPS stores asking for a holding fee, but this is ridiculously overpriced. Not to mention it is cash only, why the sketchiness?

Had to drop off a textbook to send back to my school. Was greeted by some very hardworking gals at the door. Very friendly ladies great customer service. The guys at the desk equally friendly and fast and made sure I got my receipt for my book. In and out quickly. The gals at the door were chatty but made my day a lot brighter. Hard working gals who need a raise.

I was in a high stress situation needing closing paperwork notarized on my house but also working in healthcare and we were slammed. I called the UPS store and they said they had a notary there until 2:30 pm. I broke away as soon as I could, raced over and got there at 2:15. Then the worker tried to tell me they didn't have notary services that day. I begged to differ because I had called earlier and was told the notary was there until 2:30. He then changed his story and said the notary had an emergency and had to leave earlier. The way he was acting it was clear that either he or the other worker just didn't want to deal with it. I left there almost in tears I was so frustrated. Called Dean Notaries and he came to me, got my documents to fed ex, and was extremely professional. I don't think those guys at the UPS store could even spell notary, so I felt much better after getting someone who was so on the ball and experienced with real estate closings on top of that.

While the sticker shock of my shipping caught me off guard, I knew it isn't their choice to charge what they charge. With that being said, I am beyond thrilled the staff took their time to educate me on what was needed to ship my beautiful souvenir from Colorado to Indiana. Their foundation of solid packing kept my item in the same condition as I left it with them (just with another adventure added on). After layers and layers of properly used material, my item emerged with not a single issue. Thank you for your knowledge and skill to make shipping a breeze for customers.

Edit: For free notary services and friendly people, go to the county clerk and recorders office at 208 Lincoln ave. Do not go to UPS.

I've been in several times to do a notary signature and each time just missed the notary. Nobody ever told me there were set hours for the notary and just asked me to 'come back tomorrow'. Today I went in and missed the deadline by 5 minutes not even knowing there was a deadline and when I mentioned I'd been asked to come back several times already, the representative (Steven) said he didn't believe me that nobody had told me the notary hours. When I called him out for trying to call me a liar he laughed in my face, called me a crazy lady and to get out. I will never go back here after they accused me of LYING ABOUT INFORMATION THEY NEVER GAVE ME!!
