We found Trey through a Groupon deal purchase which was $45.

The photo session seemed disorganized and rushed, and left you with the feeling that he was running you through the "cookie cutter" poses from his past photo sessions. The only creativity was the creativity that we brought to the session and even then he seemed annoyed at the ideas.

We got through the sessions and followed up with a showing up the prints only then did we find out that his prices are roughly 3x what the normal photographer would charge.

He comes off as arrogant (he made several mentions that Ansel Adams trained him) and his skill level is nowhere near the "Artist" that he tries to portray himself as.

At any rate, we placed an order at just under $1,000. You would think that a client who had spent close to $1,000 would help him engage as a small business owner and do simple things like call the customer back.

My wife placed around 6 phone calls and left multiple messages because the holidays were approaching and our pictures were promised. All calls and messages were ignored.
Finally she asked me to call from my office phone thinking he was ignoring her number (he picked up right away).

When I told him about no return calls, he offered no explanation other than he was "busy as hell" and never apologized or showed any signs of genuine customer care.

I then went through a check list of the items to be delivered and he told me that we had already taken position of a digital CD of the prints, I said "No" we don't have that "he said, Yes you do" << this went on for 4 rounds until he conceded to the truth. After this, we requested a reprint of the $300 & $500 photos respectively since they have MAJOR flaws. We placed 3 more calls and he never returned our call. Given the situation, we called Visa and charged back the entire order. My wife was left frustrated and a lot of work and effort some some VERY poor family portraits. All in all, I would never recommend him and I would advise anyone who wants a pleasant family photo experience to stay far away.
