After my accident, I didn’t ride for more than two years. I brought my bike to Danny and received straight forward answers to my questions. He updated me on the repair status of my bike and the cost throughout the process so there were no surprises. I ended up receiving an upgrade on the part that saved my leg during the accident which were the highway bars upfront. It was definitely a confidence booster after not riding for so long. Danny “and company” even took a rubber mallet and made my saddle bags usable again. I thought I had to replace them. Bay Cycle definitely gave me the feel of what I perceived an old school bike shop would be like. Cheers to Danny and company.

My #1 bike shop everyone one has mixed opinions about this place they say high pricing, delayed work and poor customer service. Everything said to keep me away BUT once I got there I'm not sure who they were dealing with but BayHarbor is the #1 bike shop on Staten island I've always gotten my bike back as promised and also had more than fair pricing given to me. Noel and J are heaven sent bike angels! Prior to becoming there customer I called for a couple tips and info and she was beyond helpful! Love that place

Excellent shop for several reasons: Danny has great communication; the team works so fast; they're more concerned with quality work than making a quick buck; don't think there exists a bike they won't work on. Danny and his guys really have a passion for bikes, and it's evident in the way they handle our babies. I can't believe I ever went anywhere else to service my bike. Top tier motorcycle shop.

Danny and his crew are professional and proficient. He took me in as soon as he could and got me out in a week and his prices are more than reasonable. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. This was my first time going to him and now i am a customer for life. For those wondering what he did it was a complete cam rebuild. I couldn’t be happier with this place

This is the 5th bike mechanic I have used for my Ducati within the tri-State and Danny is by far the best! His knowledge and love for bikes is so evident as well as his honesty towards customers. He is more concerned about doing a great job than making money. I’ve been ripped off so many times in the past- such a pleasure to find such an amazing shop! Great work, great service, great pricing!
