Best experience ever with Blue Moon and Eco Haulers! Frank and Laura of Blue Moon were extremely thorough, professional, patient and personable. They clearly explained their process and came through above and beyond every expectation. We asked what our options were for items that did not sell and they referred us to Ed at Eco Haulers. He responded quickly and also made the process incredibly easy. The fact that nearly all our possessions will end up being re-used is very gratifying. Blue Moon and Eco Haulers handled two sales for us. One at our storage units with Gold Creek Storage (also wonderful owners) for our business items and one at our home. The stress these amazing people took off our shoulders by handling everything is just what we needed for closing down a business of 40 years and a home of 24 years. We cannot thank them all enough!

If you want to see what people will be like during the apocalypse, go to one of these ill managed estate sales.

1) I got there 3 hours ahead for a sale that posted photos of a closet that ended up not for sale.

2) numbers just mean you’ll get in with everyone else in that order. If it were actually high end stuff, they’d control the number. Lesson learned.

3) I wasn’t the only one surprised and searching for a closet filled with designer clothes and real bags and shoes. What that created was a frenzy of confusion and when I finally spotted the 6 or so fake bags in a corner, I was shoved to the ground as I grabbed one to inspect it. It was a level of human behavior I’ve never experienced and I will never do this again. People at in person estate sales are INSANE.

2)all purses were fake and advertised as real and having the dust bags in the original photos of the closet. nothing available as advertised. She said the owner didn’t have time to go through it. If you are taking photos of it, and posting them, you shouldn’t still have to go through it. You wasted my entire morning and I will never do this again. SCAM. Don’t fall for it.

Love going E-sale-ing as I call it. When I find a Blue Moon sale I know it will be good. They are professional and fun. I really appreciate their signs they put out to keep in the right direction.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’m reporting them to the BBB. They scammed me. They’ll take 80 percent and give you 20%. That’s what they did to me. Left my house a complete mess. They also took doors off my house without asking my permission. They never put the doors back in place. They just left. They sold things worth a lot for way too little and things worth little they asked way too much. I would guarantee they are working with other people to come buy your things so they can make more off of your items with the help of other “buyers”. They are scam artists. DO NOT use these people/scammers!!!

I would like to share my experience with making a purchase over the phone with Frank and Laura Melish of Blue Moon Estate Sales in SE Denver. In March of 2022 I seen an online ad for an estate sale in Colorado. In the ad I seen a Cb radio I was interested in purchasing but I was miles away in Chicago. With the help of Laura she told me how I can purchase the item over the phone the day of sale if it was still available. Luckily for me it was and I secured the purchase over the phone with a credit card. The payment transaction went smoothly. Laura then had her husband Frank get in touch with me and we discussed how to have it shipped as this was a vintage Cb. Frank and I came to an easy agreement on shipping and I received my item as it was shown in their online pictures. I was happy with my purchase and I would definitely purchase from Frank & Laura again! Blue Moon of SE DENVER is an awesome company to do business with!!
