Reserve el Courtyard WF por ser parte de la cadena de Marriott y SPG pero no obtuve ningún trato especial por eso siendo que tengo un Gold Level... Pero bueno la habitación estaba bien y se descansa bien también aunque un poco de ruido en el corredor.|No tiene desayuno gratuito y no ofrecen botella de agua al ingreso. |Deben de poner más atención en la forma de recibir al huésped por qué en el check in fue muy XXXX....

My husband was staying here on a buisness trip and I tagged along. The room was okay, you could tell some repairs and updating were needed. However, twice within two hours between 8-10:00pm two people tried to open our door with a key. The first time they just walked away and it seemed like a mistake but the second time a man was able to OPEN our door. Thank god the deadbolt was on at the top. We yelled at him to go away. It seemed weird that two different people tried to open our door and one was very scarily successful. Hubs called the front desk and they moved us rooms and supposedly reported to management. We had a really hard time falling back asleep and were very shaken up. Just make sure your deadbolts are on your doors. Thank goodness I wasn’t alone or my deadbolt was on.

I just wanted to send a review of this property. I’ve stayed here about 4 times over the past couple of years now. It’s always very clean and the staff are always very nice. My son and 2 of his friends and I stayed here for MSU soccer alumni weekend this past weekend. My son couldn’t sleep because of one of his buddies was snoring. So he got up and said “I’m going to sleep in the car”. Fast forward to the next morning and he tells me that he slept on the couch in the lobby area. When he woke up the next morning he had a blanket that the lady at the front desk put on him during the middle of the night. I unfortunately did not get to thank her but I wanted to at least let the owners/managers know that we will always stay at your hotel when we are in town! Thank you for taking care of us each and every time we stay!

Staff was very helpful! As soon as I was trying to get into the side door, I tried my key but it didn't work. So, i tried to try it again and housekeeper by the name of Joni, was generous enough to open the door for me and my walker. She asked if I have had a good day and listened as if she was interested on what I had to say!! If my day wasn't going well after talking to Joni it did get better! Thank you!

We got here early, called to see if we could do an early check in due to arriving early; Akir answered the phone and said he would made sure he could get us our room early. When checking in he was amazing, very personable and friendly- you would’ve thought we’ve known him forever. Checked into our room; our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We came downstairs for happy hour drinks. Isaiah was our bartender, he made great tasting drinks, super friendly and personable. Honestly I have stayed at many Marriott’s all over the US and this has been the best customer service driven experience we have ever experienced!!

As soon as I was trying to get in to the side door to let myself and my walker in, my key didn't work!! As if I had the worst day possible, a nice lady, housekeeper by the name, Joni, helped me and my walker get in! She asked if my day was going well besides my key not working. And listened to what I had to say and actually took the time to listen. I tell u what my day was not going well till I met her! After that my day went absolutely smooth!! Thank you, Joni for all of your help.
