We had an epically wonderful NYC elopement thanks to Everly Studios! I was instantly attracted to Jocelyn’s beautiful photography style, and after reaching out to connect with her, it was so clear she would be the perfect person to help us plan our elopement ceremony in New York. We didn’t have a super clear idea of what we wanted; we just knew we wanted to have fun, and not be stressed out on our wedding day. Jocelyn’s experience meant she was able to recommend so many great spots that we ended up loving. She took the time to get to know me as a bride, and us as a couple. I really appreciated the Zoom meeting we had, and it was clear she put a ton of thought & effort into helping plan our most special day. In addition to helping us plan our day and pick ur photo & ceremony locations, she also connected us with an amazing officiant, Maria, who led a simple, non-traditional ceremony that allowed us to express our love for each other. She also helped connect me with a lovely hair & makeup artist, Lucy, who came to my hotel, and helped me through the stress of getting ready. All of the details were ironed out, and Jocelyn planned the day perfectly, allowing enough time at each location. Both of us are a but camera shy, so I appreciated Jocelyn giving us direction and lots of positive encouragement. She also asked us about each other, and gave us prompts so we could be present with each other, and just focus on why we are celebrating our loves and joining our lives, which was quite romantic.
Jocelyn spent over 6 hours with us, and she was professional and fun and engaging the entire time. Truly felt like we just had a good friend following us around all day. She also took on all the stressful parts, like navigation and transportation and telling us where to go & what to do, which made the day a breeze.

Jocelyn was our elopement photographer for our special day, and we couldn't have had a better photographer! We started our day looking at our favorite art pieces in the Met museum, and strolled in Central Park on the most perfect autumn day, and got married at the Ladies Pavilion! Jocelyn helped us plan the most perfect NYC elopement! We found her via a google search and are so glad we did. From the beginning she was enthusiastic and had so many ideas on how we could celebrate our day. We were able to plan an elopement that felt very "us" and we couldn't have been more excited!

The week of our planned elopement, the weather took a drastic turn and Jocelyn was a hero in helping us figure out a completely new plan that was honestly even better than the original. She made every effort to help us - so many texts, phone calls and emails in a short amount of time! She was kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We had the MOST fun getting married and taking photos around NYC. Jocelyn was so so wonderful. We happened upon her by chance. We were in the middle of planning our day and at some point the words “ what about eloping in the city” came up. What was originally meant as a passing silly comment turned out to be the best choice we could have made.
