I’m a huge fan of Get Salty and Lit! I always book the Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Therapy at 150°, and it’s hands-down my favorite way to start or end the week. The deep sweat helps release toxins and leaves me with a natural high every time.

I also love that red light therapy is included at no extra cost. It really takes the experience to the next level. If you’re thinking about trying it, I highly recommend signing up for one of their packages. It’s a great way to save money while giving yourself the chance to experience the full benefits over multiple sessions.

Tried the Halo Infrared Sauna at Get Salty & Lit and let me tell you…I think I met my inner peace in there. Or maybe it was me slowly roasting like a Thanksgiving turkey-either way, 10/10 experience.
The infrared heat had me sweating out everything: stress, toxins, maybe even that burrito I had in 2019. Add in the halo therapy (fancy word for salty air that makes you feel bougie and breathe better), and I was very relaxed at the end.Definitely worth it for my asthma.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is scent free which is nice.
If you’re looking to detox, de-stress, and just relax-this is your go to spot. Go get salty, go get lit. You won’t regret it.

I cannot recommend them enough! I absolutely loved my session in the Halo-Sauna! I have never sweated so much in my life!

The staff were incredible and sweet, when I arrived they offered me water and gave me a tour of all their rooms. Once we got to my room she was very informative and showed me exactly how to use everything. I will definitely be back!!

I absolutely LOVE Get Salty & Lit! So many options available! Full Spectrum Sauna, HALO Sauna, Float Pool! The saunas have color therapy and the full spectrum sauna has red light therapy! I have the unlimited option for the saunas! It’s easy to schedule. Staff is amazing! I tried the float pool for the first time & it was fantastic! I can feel the difference in my body! Lower inflammation, better sleep & calmer overall are a few big benefits. Thank you Get Salty & Lit!

All of the services here are great, but the float tanks are the best. Sometimes floating here is the only thing keeping me sane! Lowers my blood pressure, helps with back pain and quiets my head. Facilities are excellent. Highly recommend!!

I’m thrilled I tried this out. I have done most of the experiences they have to offer and think they’re all wonderful. At any signs of a cold, this pretty much stops it in its tracks. The symptoms are reduced as well as the longevity. This is the healthiest I’ve been since I can remember. I don’t tend to write reviews but this has helped me so much, I’m compelled to do so for Get Salty and Lit. The location is exceptionally clean and staff is friendly. Wonderful experience all the way around. Several family members and friends have also had excellent results after trying it out.

The infrared sauna + halo therapy is amazing! Through my travels I tend to breathe in a lot of dust & the halo therapy helps clear out my lungs. The sauna itself is amazing too and really makes my skin glow!
