Heather was amazing! We initially were on the fence about having a photographer for our wedding, but having worked with Heather, we're 1000% convinced it was a good decision; more than that she really felt like a great friend. She got to know us and knew better than us what was a good fit. We had planned to have her backcountry ski with us and take pictures of us on the way up, some private exchanging of vows, and photograph us on the way down, and she was game for all that! Morning of the wedding, she met us on Monarch Pass at 5am, where we got stuck in the snow, she helped dig us out and make a plan B. She helped provide advice of how to let all our friends and family know of the change of plans and worked out all the logistics on the fly, it was incredible. The day ended up being better than we could have imagined, and that's without getting into how amazing all her pictures were. Every moment from the ceremony and reception was captured perfectly and through the whole night she guided and helped us with the flow of the evening- we can't imagine having done it without her. We can't recommend Heather enough, she helped us make perfect memories to last a lifetime.

Heather is an absolute dream! She will be your teammate and champion through the whole wedding planning process and especially on the wedding day. We were drawn to Heather’s work because we could tell how much joy, energy and fun that she brought to the couples she worked with. We love that the photos of our wedding capture the emotions of the day so completely. We had never had professional photos before and Heather made us feel super comfortable and at ease. We are obsessed with the incredible gallery that Heather delivered and we are obsessed with Heather as a person. She is the best!! Thank you Heather we love you!!

If I could give Heather 1000 stars I would! We first heard about Heather from a friend of a friend who gave her a glowing review after she took their wedding photos and when my husband and I finally started to plan our small wedding/elopement and look for photographers, we decided to check her out. Knowing a photographer is a big expense we looked at other reviews, looked around and then decided out of all the options we should send Heather a message and I am so, SO thankful we did. She helped us plan out our schedule (and kept everyone on track day off!), went to look for nearby locations for our newlywed portraits, and was willing to help us find any vendor we could have needed. On the day of the wedding she was I think everyone’s favorite part of the day! Everyone absolutely loved her and she was just amazing at making everyone comfortable and getting everyone out of their shells. She made everything easy for us.
On a more vulnerable note, I’m incredibly shy and I have never been comfortable having pictures taken of myself. I’m a pretty tough self-critic and I was pretty dang nervous to have wedding pictures taken because I was scared I would hate them all. Not only did Heather actually make posing fun and comfortable and easy, but I actually loved every single photo she took of my husband and I and our family and that is something I could never thank her enough for.
If you’re thinking about hiring Heather as your photographer, just know that she is worth every single penny a million times over. She is funny, and welcoming, confident, comforting and every good quality in between. She was the best part of our wedding (minus the marriage part) and if I had to do it all again I would choose her in a heartbeat.

I asked Heather to take my senior pictures and she did better than I could’ve ever imagined! She knew the perfect locations, and timed it perfectly to when the lighting was AMAZING. I was a bit nervous going into the shoot, because getting your picture taken can definitely feel awkward, but Heather made it such a fun and comfortable space! Her creativity and enthusiasm really made this the best experience ever. Not just the shoot was 10/10 though, but after, I received my pictures very quickly! Also, the editing of the pictures, the aesthetics, and the platform she uses to share was all SO GOOD. Heather literally looked at my inspo pictures and did exactly that but better!

All in all, my family and I HIGHLY recommend Heather! She’s just simply the best at what she does, and overall an amazing person to partner with! I think it’s a good sign when my mom cries looking at the pictures haha:)

Heather is absolutely incredible! We were nervous for photos since neither of us is photogenic, but she made us feel so comfortable, valued, and joyful. It was such an honor having her document our elopement, and we could not have chosen a more fun photographer. The photos are breathtakingly beautiful. The lighting, composition, and angles were phenomenal. Heather is a gorgeous and talented ray of sunshine, and we are so lucky to have met her.

Words cannot describe how amazing Heather is!

Heather quickly stepped in to associate shoot for our wedding on very last notice - only a few days before the day-of! With such short notice, she still got to know us, listen to our desires for the day, and was very respectful and professional throughout it all. We truly felt taken care of and trusted her to show up and do her job well.

On the day of our wedding, there was unexpected rain throughout the getting ready photos, ceremony, and what would have been family/bridal party photos. Words cannot express how Heather made me feel so calm, comforted, at peace, and hyped me up, even with an unexpected turn of events with the rain/wind. She worked so quickly on her feet to find places indoors for us to take bridal party photos & family photos, and everybody, including myself, was so impressed as to how she made our day still go so smoothly (and have the photos turn out even better than what they would've been outside!)

Above all, Heather is an amazing photographer. Our photos are fun and demonstrate our love for one another. She is creative with poses and captures the authentic, genuine moments. Heather genuinely made such a difference as to how we felt on our wedding day and we can't imagine our big day without her with us every step of the way!

If you're looking to feel very taken care of and get beautiful, amazing photos for your wedding day, Heather is the way to go!

For our winter wedding on the coldest day of the year, Heather took photos of us indoors. I was anxious about whether or not we could take photos outside, but Heather guided my husband and I, alongside our family and friends, through a magical evening full of amazing candids and lovely portraits. She was so fun and energetic and kept everyone’s spirits high through every photo. My husband and I had an absolute blast and loved every minute of our day with Heather and her team pulling us along seamlessly through fun and love and friendship and laughs.
