Muy mala las fotos me cobraron 30 dólares por 4 fotos que se ven borrosas y mal acomodado mi hijo parece todo mamarracho deberían llevar a alguien para que les arregle el uniforme para que salgan bien en las fotos más que todo para los niños de tres años en las escuelas no se merecen ni una sola estrella de mi parte mejor le tomo yo la foto con mi celular y me ahora los 41 dólares que me costó con el envío

Yo no le daría ninguna estrella, sin ser Fotografa profesional yo le tomo mejores fotos a mi hijo ,
- mi hijo estaba despeinado , con el jacket como si le hubiesen jaloneado, y encima la foto oscura .

Yo creo que deberían acomodar bien a los niños. Para que salgan bien en sus fotos para eso los llevan para hacer bien su trabajo

I ordered school photos during the holidays. My package got lost in the mail. I emailed their customer service letting them know that I never received my photos. Customer service responded immediately and reprinted my photos and sent them out. Im so impressed at the speedy response and quick delivery of my photos. I feel very confident that my children’s school chose the right photographer for the job!

I get that all school photos are overpriced, but this was ridiculous. I just got my child's photo in the mail and they didn't even have the decency to actually cut the photos out. There is white photo paper still attached to all the images and I have to cut them myself and hope I do it straight enough. I could have printed it 80x cheaper and better quality at CVS. Would not order from this company again, waste of money.

This feels like a quick cash grab, particularly targeting schools. Additionally, the photographer's lack of attention to detail was disappointing—my son’s visibly loose tie could have easily been adjusted but was left as-is. If the company is going to charge premium rates, they should deliver premium service, including hiring photographers who prioritize professionalism. As it stands, the high prices seem misaligned with the quality of both the service and the product.

They are extremely overpriced and other places make so much better quality photos for less. 16 photos for $80 is ridiculous. For the “most economical”package you’re basically paying $5 each photo, most of it is wallet size. Don’t get me started with their a la carte, $19 for a class photo is just absurd. This company sucks and NYC schools should know better not to hire them ever again.
