We’ve used this shop two years in a row for our equipment and have had the best experience every time. They’re attentive, nice and knowledgeable.
They’ve helped us get coupons which is super helpful. (thank you Aiden) And helped when we needed goggles at the end of the season. (Thank you super nice guy in 2024 - so sorry I’m spacing your name)
We won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Also love their end of season sales - got me a jacket and new ski pants.
P.S. My husband says this is our go-to shop!

Had a broken toe strap on my binding. Called and they more or less told me I’d need new bindings. Showed up and one of the workers was super helpful and made a replacement part work just fine. She wouldn’t even charge me anything even though I offered. Super helpful and went above and beyond their way to problem solve!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Keystone River Run Sports. I rented boots for two days but was wrongly charged for an entire week due to extraordinary circumstances beyond my control. I was held against my will in an abusive situation and had to involve law enforcement to escape. The boots were left in the room, and I was physically unable to return them on time. Despite explaining this situation and offering proof, the staff and management refused to show any compassion or understanding.

Instead of handling this matter with empathy or professionalism, they charged me the full amount without consideration for the circumstances. This lack of basic human decency and refusal to work with me to find a fair resolution is unacceptable. I trusted this business and expected much better treatment, especially given the severity of the situation.

I do not recommend Keystone River Run Sports to anyone who values customer service, fairness, or ethical practices. If you’re considering renting from them, be aware that they may prioritize profit over treating customers with dignity or understanding.

Staff is not attentive. The person mumbled to me and expected me to hear them. To then blatantly say, “or just ignore me.” Not the type of attitude that makes you want to shop for ski gear. You want your customers to be excited and feel welcomed. Not to feel like a burden to be in store shopping. Christy’s nearby was much more pleasant and inviting.

Nolan and his team helped everyone in my group with rentals and gear and they were amazing! They were super attentive and helpful! We definitely will be coming back here next year.
