Limited services with overpriced (minimal) options. I was given attitude along with a judgmental scoff when I didn’t feel comfortable paying almost $14 for one tracking envelope, and I had three letters to mail. Rather than pay almost $40 to send my letters, I went three miles east to the legitimate Postal Service where I not only mailed all three certified with signatures AND tracking numbers for less than $15, I was treated with respect and kindness even when asking questions. Do not waste your time or money here, the elderly women are neither happy nor decent. Save your money and mental health and get the job done right at a real post office.

I came in with 2boxes of delicate figurines and they helped me wrap up everything in bubble wrap and filled the box with peanuts. It would’ve taken me forever all by myself!!! ⭐️

I read every day how Thieves are stealing packages off of porches. Also, our mailbox was broken into. It gives me great comfort to not have to worry about these things anymore by keeping a mailbox with these fine people.

I went to the drive through mail drop off at the Jones Street Post Office. I felt inside the opening, and it was sticky. Someone is doing that to steal outgoing mail. Glad to use Mailing & More to drop off my mail as well.

Plus I’d like to thank how friendly the staff there has been!

I'd love to provide you 0 stars but it's not an option. This place is normally fast.

While there were 4 of us in line including me. The teenager you have working is working by herself. That's very dangerous. Anyway, instead of her boxing and packing this person's package after the line has been taken care. Or is it because she has early stages of dementia?

I waited in line at the post office and will get out faster than you.

You used to be great, but that has been long. I do try to support the mom and pop locations. At this point, I'm tired of the games the workers are playing.

I don't recommend this place. With the lack of customer service, just go to the post office, UPS, or FedEx and skip the middle man--Mailing & More.
