Rob came to measure and estimate the replacement of my old HVAC system, and the installers arrived on time ready to work.

Blake seemed to be the site leader but David and Osvaldo were team members who all functioned well together.
It was well organized, flowed smoothly and they were done installing including cleanup precisely when they estimated.

Very impressive. They were happy, seemed to enjoy their trade and each was a pleasure to speak with.

Blake and David were excellent. They installed a new system for me. Blake, the head technician was very thorough and patient in explaining everything to me. They were also very neat. I could not have asked for better service! They even brought 3 space heaters to keep me warm while they.were working. Thank you also to Matt Kemp who advised me earlier as to what my choices for a new system were. He was so very helpful in helping me decide which system to get. He included a discount, and it was he who told the guys to bring space heaters. I have never had a bad experience with McCrea. I’ve had them for 32 years and their service is always superb! I had McCree replace the AC in heater core units in my 1700 square-foot condo. After a few cancellations due to the extreme weather,, the replacement units were installed without any issues. McCrea has given us excellent maintenance service over the past three years, since we moved into our newly constructed home. They are friendly, responsive, on time, and without gimmicks. We had them install an Ecobee thermostat system at one point (to replace the builder’s thermostat). At another point, we needed their help with a repair under warranty. Great experience. We had an intermittent squealing noise whenever our heat turned on and Kenneth was able to quickly identify the issue and explain it in non-technical terms. Now we understand how to avoid the eager dampener from going crazy. He also completed the yearly maintenance of our HVAC equipment and helped identify a piece of equipment in the attic we had questions about. Great visit, a true professional, and very knowledgeable.
