I was the subject of a car repair shop employee, stealing my vehicle basically after stating it was not road worthy and having a motor vehicle accident. This individual proceeded to place claims against my insurance company as well as the victims in the other vehicle. I had a family attorney who referred me the Anthony Minchella since he was more familiar with motor vehicle laws. Attorney Minchella immediately put my mind to ease that all would be ok with our initial meeting. The firm represented me in all of the following court proceedings. After a few court hearings a few of the lawsuits against me were dropped, since attorney Minchella showed the court and other party’s that i had no involvement in the incident. When the company refused to negotiate in good faith, and our business was at risk, we were referred to Attorney Tony Minchella who filed a lawsuit against the company, got an injunction against their attempts to collect funds based on an unfair trade practice, and sued for our business losses.
