If you want a surgery for something that is important to bettering your health this is not the place. Your insurance can pay for 100% of it yet they don't schedule you when you've already been seen and had it scheduled. Just to be told that they didn't two weeks later!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could give it stars, first and foremost I had a hysterectomy surgery on the 8th of January, from the moment I arrived at the hospital until the time I left I've got the runarounds first the unprofessional leaders didn't even know who to get to sign my FMLA Paperwork to find out the clinic never filled out my paperwork because of being understaffed from what a nurse named Carla told me WOW everyone around the world mostly my work of employment included us dealing with the same problem but never get in the way of US delivering our guests needs very unacceptable and me being told I actually picks my own Day and date to return to work so now I'm doing you guys job without receiving you guys paycheck. Ask me who My doctor' is y'all tell me giving y'all have to many different students I've seen I work just like you All I want to be treated with respect.. what type of leadership duties are you all running this is the worst clinic "hospital I have ever encountered and encourage no one to support this place I'm somebody don't treat me like I'm not I wouldn't even consider this a clinic it's a complete joke Will have you sitting around and waiting for an hour or more to not tell you a thing unprofessional service .. they're all over the place don't know what they're doing don't know how degrees even happened completely clueless to the Job***UPDATE I would like to thank Ms.Yonni yanna however her name is spelled whom which I also encountered at my appointments she's an amazing woman who delivered my needs professionally and she truly cares Miss yonni thank you for being the real MVP and going above and beyond

I set up an initial appointment and the receptionist scheduled me 3 weeks out. Well I went to the ER twice because of heavy bleeding and they advised me to follow up with my OB, when I called the receptionist was rude and told me to just keep my appointment. Which is now 2 weeks out. I don’t recommend this place. Currently looking for a new OB.

Scheduling and the front desk are the rudest, shortest staff been dealing with them for 2 months and it never fails they are rude and sharp with you! Lying about you must have this appointment before you do this one, just so they don't have to reschedule an appointment. They said, I must have ultrasound before pre-op this was a lie because pre-op called me and did the appointment before ultrasound. They lied to me again and told me my doctor rescheduled me for a post op! When I messaged my surgeon he said no, he told them to leave me on the schedule! They lie to try and shut you down and do what they want!

Dr.Nelson was who I seen the last few months of my pregnancy and who delivered my daughter late last month. He made my delivery process great. He was reassuring and let me have full control over the moment. My boyfriend really liked how he kept him informed and answered any questions he had. He was very personable and shows he really cares about his job and clients. Ill be back to him for any further children i have 💙💕

I really don’t like that they don’t get patient consent to have a male student in the room. Today was the last straw. I assumed the boy who entered with the female doctor was a male doctor but turns out he was just a medical student. I even heard him ask her if she thinks I’d be okay with him being in the room. She said, “oh yeah, it’s fine”. It’s definitely not fine. I do not consent due to religious beliefs. I can’t believe they can get away with that. They did this exact thing to me of having male residents and students in my room during labor even though I kept saying I didn’t want them in there. Even the nurses said a male resident did an unnecessary cervical check on me simply because he wanted more practice.

I was in and out. My doctor was very patient and kind. She listened to my concerns, and it was easy to get my fallopian tubes removed. Their calling center can use improvement, but other than that, this place is the best!
