Visiting from Paris, my Capture V3 had a problem. Release button get stuck sometimes (after an everyday work of 2 years). I found out they had a physical shop in the city.

Problem was solved in 10 min with the warranty, they replaced everything.

What a delight. I came in knowing of Peak Design’s reputation for meticulously well designed products. And their service/sales experience was equally well executed. Tahiti was so extremely helpful- there was no pressure to upset or to buy- but rather to make sure I walked out with the bag I needed to solve my daily problems of carrying X, Y, and Z. I had to buy a bag last minute for, um, a thing. But I needed something that could be filled with a change of clothes or some heavier pieces of metal equipment. Delicate stuff. I didn’t want something that drew a lot of attention to me but something really subtle and sleek for quick movement. I had an early appointment in midtown and this took care of everything I needed and especially when I just needed to bolt and get up and go. Held up great on a bike ride and even a walk in the park too. Great for everything.

I’ve been a fan of big design since their early start days. I purchased a carbon fibre tripod back in 2020 and it has an issue with the centre column knob. Alex fixed it within minutes and also educated me on how to take care of my gear. I love the store and all the people who worked there. The passionate and really really in the brand.

I knew before going in this place was probably gonna be pretty pretty and my Virgo estimating skills didn't disappoint. It's aesthetically pleasing and properly displays their immaculately designed products. I went to get a new cell phone case and I was able to get a new cell phone case. Mission accomplished 🫡. Two members of the staff were chill. One helped me out on my case and install the new strap on it for me, while another had a friendly chat with me.

I am glad I decided to visit the Peak Design official store in New York. It was a last minute decision for me.

I have been a big fan of Peak Design brands since I started exploring digital photography. It has been a couple years now. I just love the company and I am impressed with their high-quality, well-designed and functional products ranging from camera bags, cameras and mobile accessories etc. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at their store.

The store is situated in SoHo area. The shop itself is well organised and pleasant to walk around. The products are placed on the shelf nicely. The store design is minimal and I got an impression of the Apple store vibe.

Chris who is a store manager on that day was very helpful. I purchased a couple of items from the shop. I really like their products!!!

Highly recommend to anybody who want to buy a new camera/everyday bags to visit and take a look at their products 😀

Peak Design absolutely goes above and beyond in the customer service and product.

Huge shoutout to Ray and Kiara for doing a tremendous job in helping me process my warranty claim. Had a torn handle in my backpack, Ray tried to replace the handle but was not confident that the solution will be excellent and replace the bag without hesitating. This is truly a Peak customer service and product. When PD says it is lifetime warranty, they truly meant it. Well done to the team.

I bought an extra duffel and shoe bag cause i know they will deliver.
