Excellent prompt service through out the process. Started with myself moving out of my home and into our new one. Had the pod for a month so moved it from the new home to my fiance's house. They filled it up and it was picked up 2 days later. Driver put the pod right where I asked each time so other cars and trucks could get in and out as we moved. Worth every penny I spent for the convenience alone.

Despite many reviews that had me concerned, we had a great experience. PODS were easy to schedule online, and I was able to reach customer service via phone easily as well and they were very helpful and friendly. The containers were delivered on time and were in good shape, both on the loading and unloading end. We tried to use another local company at first, but it didn't work out and we ended up being forced to PODS, which I'm glad happened as we had a great experience and the pricing was better.

Absolutely awful experience. Drop off was fine. Delivery of the pod was placed in the wrong place in the driveway, blocking all access for our movers to get their truck where it needed to be, and could've been avoided if driver placed the container where I told them. He also placed it with the door facing the opposite direction...all while leaving large ruts in the yard from the trailer. READ FINE PRINT ON QUOTE!!! Final price was more than double what I initially was quoted and I can't even access my invoice in order to see how and what I was charged for. Def recommend staying far away and finding a local company.

Diego and Steve are as professional as they come! While placing the PODS in our driveway, they took great care not to damage the lawn. The PODS were delivered on time as promised with no problems. I will definitely use PODS again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

As a local Cincinnati construction business we used PODS for storing some expensive windows and building materials and the process to order and receive went pretty well. They follow a nice schedule and good notifications.

The issue I have is the billing cycle was December 1, and they didn't pick it up until December 5 and I was charged the entire month. I would have kept it for the entire month had I known. There may be some tiny fine print buried in the agreement that I do not have time to look for but this is dirty. I guess they can rent it to someone and double their money.

If you are going to rent from PODS better know your billing date before you have it picked up.

OR there are other companies that offer a pro-rated billing. They wont get us again.

My experience using PODS was fantastic. Some of my furniture and boxes were in storage for nearly 2 years. This included a move to another state and storage. Everyone I spoke with were polite and helpful. Everything went smoothly from my initial quote to the first and final delivery/pickup. There were no hidden costs, what I was quoted is what I paid. Everything inside of the POD was clean and dry without shifting of the items or furniture. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a storage container for their move.
