I used their Realtor by the name of Jan Horvath. She became very lazy after my offer was made. I used an inspector she knows. There were items on the point of sale from the city that were not completed by the owner as agreed. My inspector noted these items on his final report. Jan did not even bother to go over the results with me to determine if I was offering a proper amount for the home. I contacted the office manager at Remax, Jodie Frydl, to inquire if this was one of the duties that my realtor should have completed. She danced around the question. I asked again. She refused to answer it directly and stopped responding. There were two other individuals that she attached to her email responses to me. Bonnie Richards and Dwight Miko. Neither of them responded to the very direct question either. They refer you back to other parties assuming no responsibility. Stay away if you're a first time home buyer!!

Thomas Hodgkiss-Lilly helped us buy our new home in Cleveland Heights, and sell our old in Lyndhurst. Thomas was always patient with all our questions and gave us the time and space to figure out what we wanted. We were new to Cleveland Heights and so his expertise in the unique challenges of buying in that awesome city were very helpful. Thomas did a great job pricing our old home, showed us what work was needed to get it to move quickly, and hired a professional photographer to entice large numbers of people to come look at the house. Within the first day of listing we had an incredible number of people look at the house and we received many good offers to choose from. A buyer was under contract within a couple more. When the buyer pushed a little on a couple things, Thomas helped us respond in a professional reasonable way that protected our interests while not alienating the buyer. I highly recommend Thomas as your realtor. I don’t think you could do much better.

Less then zero if possible !!! Their integrity stops at the front door !! The Mark Fetterman team with Remax Traditions cares about the SALE. Every thing to protect the client is not in the standard contract and they add their own contingencies. By passing paragraph 6:4 and 6:5. Awful!!!! AVOID 👎🏾
