We had an issue when we checked in to our first room. The smell was terrible almost like a fishy smell. The staff were very accommodating and quick to change us to another room. The next room had some old room smell to it but other than that the rooms were spacious. We had a kitchenette and were pretty stocked with the kitchen supplies. The breakfast like others have said was pretty impressive. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations next door and if the room above you is booked you hear every footstep. The swimming pool was a great size and was clean. The rooms needs some updating but other than that the staff was great and it was a good stay.

100% recommend this Residence Inn. We stayed in July during the busy season. Everything was on point and we were very satisfied. The room was extremely clean and even the bed set for the pull out couch was ready to go. We did need extra pillows but had no problems with getting those from the front desk. As a family of 4 with two toddlers, the kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, and dishwasher was essential. We had a room with a mountain view and found the hotel to be very quiet at night.

Breakfast is complimentary and it was outstanding. The hot breakfast items were different each day of our stay. The entire area was kept clean and the food monitored regularly by the staff.

We also did laundry twice during our stay (toddlers), so I can attest the washers and dryers were top notch.

Finally, the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Vacations can be stressful but when you stay at a property that feels like home, it's a bit easier.

This property was a bit out of our way but I am so glad we chose this one for our extended stay. Both Nick and Jun at the front desk are so kind and accommodating they really embody the spirit of hospitality. They both acknowledged my platinum status and were really responsive to our requests. To me service quality is the most important factor where I stay. Any hotel can be due for a renovation, be in a bad location, etc. but if the staff go our of their way to hit such a high service bar then I am happy and none of the other stuff matters.

Emily was so kind and friendly. 12 hour road trip exhausted. The beds top notch. Clean clean, lots of fun activities basketball putt putt swimming pool and a nice gym. Highly recommend ask for Emily.

This place is nice enough and it is pet-friendly. We have stayed here many times because it's convenient and because it is pet friendly. The staff has always been friendly. The breakfast bar is good. My one complaint is the poor internet service. I had to get off their Wi-Fi and connect to 5G just to write this review. Like every hotel in America now, you can of course pay to upgrade to a better internet connection. I like this place, but I need reliable and quick internet service for my work. May have to look elsewhere.

I'm usually fond of Residence Inns. Not this one. Room was dirty, toilet was messy, dust on all surfaces and corners, phone didn't work and housekeeping staff turned loud bass up full blast next door and yelled the f word to each other as I heard their entire foul conversations. One spoon in kitchen. The thermostat didn't work and room ended up freezing or stifling hot. Front desk woman was difficult to deal with. Breakfast food obviously was left over, and so on and on. I understand the need for upkeep, but construction noise every day, water off for a couple hours, parking lot work and pool closed all added up to a bit disappointment. ||Skip it. There are plenty of other places in the same area.
