Sthep es super buena en lo que hace, muy paciente, y me sorprende cómo maneja al bebé sin que llore, se nota que tiene experiencia, es muy amable y le es facil interactuar con sus clientes, nos aconsejó preguntar donde sería el mejor lugar para imprimir nuestros digitales en caso que no lo hagamos con ella, incluso se ofreció a editar el color para tener un buen resultado en las impresiones, definitivamente la recomendaría y volvería a solicitar sus servicios.

Stephanie’s attention to detail was noted early on in our session. She provided us with direction to get the cutest poses. She was careful to handle our newborn and would soothe her during the session. As first time parents, we were nervous about going out specially as I am breastfeeding. Stephanie was very patient with us and I felt comfortable when I needed to breastfeed. Overall, a great experience. We are excited to have our first family/newborn pictures displayed in our home.

Our experience with Stephanie at Studio Reals was incredible to say the least! Stephanie was extremely patient to ensure she got stunning poses of our newborn. The way she handled our baby was with a lot of care and gentleness which made us first time parents feel comfortable because we were so nervous as Stephanie was the first person other than family to handle our baby. She definitely made us and our baby feel at ease. We also asked Stephanie if she would be willing to photograph a specific theme that she hadn’t yet done and she took the challenge in a heartbeat. She researched our theme and came up with cool ideas for it. For her to go out of her way to learn about what we had wanted, showed us that she was dedicated and was determined to tailor the session to exactly what we wanted. Stephanie was amazing!! The way the pictures came out were perfect. She worked very well with my premie baby and was very patient, I didn’t feel rushed, I was able to take breaks and feed my baby during the session. We will definitely be going back for our future pictures!

My stepdaughter spent over 850.00$ for 22 maternity photos. We paid for CVS to print the photos only to find out there are significant skin tone differences and some over exposure wash out in these shots. There are also some blemishes that should have been retouched.

Stephanie offered us one free edit request and blamed CVS for the print issues we have here. The whole STUDIO REALMS experience was frought with lack of punctuality, hidden charges (still waiting for $200.00 reimbursement from the cancelled newborn photos).

Stephanie became overtly emotional in her arguments when we tried to negotiate retouching the photos. Stephanie also became very defensive and displayed her horrible unprofessional personality when we mentioned this google review of her business.

My stepdaughter paid for this service with her tip money received being a server at a fast paced popular two story restaurant. All the while being great with child, (her first child).

In conclusion, we all wish we could have arranged this photoshoot to be provided by a different more experienced and professional photography service.

Here's an update, Stephanie has not stopped calling my stepdaughter to take this review down. I reported her to google.

Stephanie does an amazing job, you can really tell she loves what she does because she takes her time and gives you plenty of looks to try! I did my maternity photos and she provided the dresses for me, we did newborn photos for both of our kids and they came out so beautiful! She's great with kids and very thoughtful when it comes to big family photos!

Just did a newborn shoot with Stephanie and had a wonderful experience. She really took the time with multiple sets to ensure a great amount of photos and family photos with our newborn. She takes pride in her work and pays attention to details to ensure great photos. Would highly recommended for others.
