Wow....sent two firearms to be transferred between FFL Licenses to this location. One was lost in the mail they cannot find it. Been in business for 30 years and have sold and shipped guns this way the whole time.... Will not EVER send a package anywhere near this zip code again.

I arrived after they closed but they still have a drive-up ramp where I was able to drop off my post cards. Easy to negotiate in the Sprinter van!

Here the thing about the post office. It’s a government run business- they really have no need to try and stay in business this is why it’s so awful. There is no awareness and push for excellence. Sad. The workers do what they need too.

Came in to get a book of stamps and mail a check. There was an open register with a young woman behind the counter. I approached and she looked up at me with a very dirty look. I guess because I didn't wait for her to call me. She said can I help you with a very nasty tone. I got my stamps and mailed my check. I actually went back in to see if I could get her name but she threw a coat on covering her name tag and walked away from her station. It's the post office and I guess you should expect an undeserved air of entitlement. I'd stop coming here, but I think that's probably their goal with their nasty attitudes.

Scheduled a meeting 5 days in advance for a passport meeting that takes 15 mins to do. They call me the day of only to tell me they’re short staffed and that I have to reschedule but can’t do that over the phone. Proceeded to tell me to drive to union terminal 35 minutes away if I needed help “Today”…. Terrible service. Lived in Sharonville my entire life and seems to be always poorly run.

I wanted to pay for a prepaid return envelope. The employee went to ask another employee on how to do it. The other employee promptly said we don't have prepaid return stamps. Apparently, there was another way of doing it but only a manager could do it and manager was not there. Told me to come back, but no one knew when should I come back. HUH? And wow.

I went here on tax day and was expecting a long line of grumpy patrons and staff. But instead what I found was a smoothly run operation. Both the workers were efficient while being friendly and informative. This went along way in alleviating people's stress about their taxes and their time. It had a real ripple effect on everyone there. Great job! You managed to make paying my taxes almost pleasant.

Locations like this one are the reason they are losing money and business to UPS and FedEx. I've been here 3 times. The first two time they were rude for no real. They act like they hate their $30 an hour job. My third and last experience there was horrendous. I'm not a frequent shipper, I'm unsure of everything I need to have ready and UPS and FedEx are always willing to help. I didn't have my boxes taped as I was unsure of the packaging. The worker tells me to go to the side and tape all my things myself. Which I do, wait in line again. When I get back to the counter, the other worker tells me everything has priortape on it and can't be used. All my labels are bad now even though they gave me the tape! I had to take everything home, repackage, print new labels, and take them to a different location.
