When you're working with other businesses, you should've have known better than not to give out inconsistent information because there's a lot more at stake. We have deadlines that we're trying to meet, and when we don't, we lose $.

We needed a freight shipment delivered yesterday as the units in the shipment are scheduled to be installed today, for a school who's classes start tomorrow (yes, it starts on wednesday).

I've repeatedly got a hold of WRDS yesterday in multiple occasions, calling both their main line and their stockton number, just to make sure they have received the freight and it will be delivered today (tuesday). I was told by a gentleman (last call i made yesterday), that they have received the freight and he's looking at it so it will be delivered today.

That was a great relief to hear. I was told to call Michelle, the dispatcher, the following day (today), and ask her what's the delivery time window for our shipment.

I called this morning, and was casually told that they're not delivering in our area today, but rather on Wednesday. How this wasn't communicated to me yesterday, i don't have any clue.

These inconsistent information, and Michele's nonchalant demeanor didn't help the situation at all. Asking me irrelevant questions like "who did you speak with? what's the name?". Unfortunately you're not talking to an end user client. I represent a business too and we're all aware that call logs do exist. If you choose not to take my word for what i'm saying then go check other sources of data.

Hopefully this delivery service somehow realizes that the other businesses that relies on them, can be small businesses that small errors like this has a big impact on us.

BEWARE: Rude, Unprofessional, Arrogant, Disrespectful

I had 85 inch TV delivery scheduled for on Friday June 4th.
- Delivery driver and office staff on call was rude and unprofessional.
- Driver showed up at 10 am, was about to drop my TV in the driveway and when I asked him to bring inside doorstep, he was rude and denied it. Then without any further talk he called his office
- Lady from office on call was equally unprofessional. She told me she knows the driver and that he would not do anything like that - so basically she told me I am lying.. yes!!!
- Driver decided to take the shipment back without my consent - leaving my driveway door open (again arrogance and unprofessional) on his way out.
- I called company to file complaint. On that call we agreed to deliver the package near patio steps.
- After 2 hours - someone from company called me that driver is not picking up the call (of course lying) and that they will not deliver the package today.
- When I tried telling her that I had taken a day off and they should deliver as promised, she blatantly refused and told me will cancel the shipment. and hung up on me. (worst ever professional behavior)
- It is hard for me to understand why anyone would go to them for shipment service. This company should be out of business with this attitude soon.

I had a delivery for a TV at my apartment scheduled. The delivery personnel was unprofessional. My building is inaccessible via road and we had to go through another building (this is how most delivery personnel reach my building)to reach my apartment. For some reason this irked the delivery personnel who demanded extra money to deliver the TV at my apartment!!! This was totally unprofessional and this greatly upset me as I had to persuade him that the delivery is not being made to the right address ( he just wanted to drop off the TV in the building closest to the road and this was not my apartment). I also had to help him carry the TV to my actual building which I found weird as I expected the TV to be delivered without my assistance.

I had appointment for 9-3pm. Received call driver was behind and would be here by 3:30. At this time the driver was in Fontana/Target warehouse which is 5 mins from me, Rialto. No show by 4:00. I called the office again spoke with Richard a supervisor. I was told the driver was in Mentone which is further away. I ask why would the driver pass my location and go even further out. No reasonable explanation. I was told the delivery would be here by 5:00. It’s now 5:05. No delivery yet. I have wasted a full day waiting. If they cared and could give a reasonable explanation it wouldn’t be so bad. I will be calling who ever is in charge of this company first thing Monday morning. I was told the persons in charge of the company were gone for the day. This type of service was totally unacceptable‼️ I will also notify Costco the company that I purchased the products from.
